To see the Maasai for first time can be very confusing.
On one side you see them at Zanzibar in very bad light in the role of male prostitutes how they are chasing tourists on the beach and how they are trying to get a white woman by manipulation and lies and also you can hear MANY terrible stories about Maasais scammers and about all the crimes they commit at Zanzibar.
On other side the influencers (mostly white women earning money on the image of Maasai) are talking about beautiful Maasai culture full of beautiful HONEST people who are almost holy, such people of the God who are never doing any crimes. You will also read many posts on those channels describing the Maasai as better people than western people are (in each possible meaning) and how there is no single one bad thing presents in that culture (what itself is very suspicious).
Anyway - these two realities are so different and so far away from each-other, that people can be really confused - not knowing what actually to think about the Maasai. People need the explanation and there are two explanations of this phenomena ;) we heard or we read about:
1. FAKE MAASAIS - many people who read the words about beautiful Maasai people just simply believe that those Maasais you can see making crimes at Zanzibar are fake Maasais who only wear the Maasai clothes in effort to abuse Maasai culture for reaching some benefits from tourists. Some people really believe that those guys at beach are local people who are pretending to be Maasais. If it would be the truth - it would be good actually because than image of the Maasai would be not that bad as it is. But it's not any truth ! All those guys in red shukas on the beach are VERY REAL MAASAIS. Of course they can be from different localities but all of them are real Maasais - speaking Maa language. Nobody like FAKE MAASAI exists at Zanzibar on the beach. Unfortunately. All those scammers, criminals, prostitutes and drunkards, making a shame at Zanzibar are real Maasais - the members of Maasai tribe, coming from mainland.
2. SMALL UGLY WORLD OF ZANZIBAR - the second explanation influencers are trying to feed us with is that the bad Maasais are ONLY at Zanzibar. The influencers are trying to convince others that it's only very tiny community of Maasai criminals at Zanzibar and it has nothing to do with the Maasais in general.
This theory is really sick, having many logical gaps. It's showing how desperate the "white Maasais women" are when they have to defend the Maasai people. To be an advocate of criminals has to be the worse job ever and Maasais at Zanzibar are not doing this job to be easier. Because Maasais are very visible and it's easy to recognize them from the others - they should be more careful and more responsible for the image of the Maasai tribe in the world. But they are not. They don't really care, especially if it's about the getting money from naive and uninformed tourists.
The specific Maasais warriors (the exact faces we know them well from Zanzibar) are promoted on the social media by influencers as "beautiful and innocent people". THE EXACTLY SAME PEOPLE!! How tricky ! In one second the evil and few hours later - few kilometers farther the holy man! How the hell is this ever possible? Is it enough to travel 2 hours by the boat to DAR and then next few hours by the bus to Kiberashi (or to Lesoit) and in this time of traveling the criminals will be changed to beautiful people? They are doing crimes at Zanzibar but once they will be back home - the influencers are making photos of them in the bush describing them as beautiful, innocent and honest young men with the strong character.
If it would be the truth then Tanzania has to be a country of the magic. Harry Potter could be ashamed.
It has to be the real witchcraft - that from the specific man can be completely different person in just few hours and then that person will change again from good man to the devil on his way back to Zanzibar. What else than the magic is that?
THE CONCLUSION: There are no fake Maasais on beach and there is NOTHING like SMALL UGLY WORLD OF ZANZIBAR. Maasais are the same people wherever they are, they don't change. Those guys who are stealing money from white people at Zanzibar are exactly same people as those we can see in the bush dancing, jumping, painting the red mud on their skin and braiding artificial long hair. And these guys are supported by the whole Maasai community in the bush in making frauds and crimes at Zanzibar. It's not possible to isolate all the bad what Maasais are doing at Zanzibar from the Maasai themselves because today what is happening on the beach became to be a part of the Maasai way of life. Almost everything you can see in the bush today (new motorcycles, new herds of cattle, solar panels, houses, guesthouses, shops, also Maasai wives) all that is buying for dirty money which Maasai beachboys brought (or sent) back home from Zanzibar. To lie, manipulate and to pretend love and attention is a stable way how Maasai are earning money today. By scamming the tourists not only at Zanzibar.
NOTE: The Maasais who get the dirty money from tourists are not investing that money somewhere in Europe. They are ALWAYS taking all that money (money which they won't spend for alcohol, disco's and whores) back to the Maasai boma. To build their life there. Everyone in the bush knows exactly where that money are coming from, in which way that money were earned and they all know that someone was robbed and cheated at the end. Maasais people are not donkeys, even not monkeys, they have the brain and they can use it, they can think ! They know a lot, especially they know how to get the money from naive mzungus trough their sons, husbands and brothers. And all of them are very OK with dirty money once it can improve their life.
There is no reason to separate what the Maasai are doing at Zanzibar from the Maasai community at mainland. Everything what is happening at Zanzibar now is stable part of Maasai world today. And it will be not changed so fast. Not until the criminals will be punished inside of their culture or at least within the law of the country.
Zanzibar has really become a bad place not only for the Maasai but also because it attracts criminals and thieves from all over Africa: Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Zambia are moving to Zanzibar to rob white people's houses and women to prostitute themselves with white tourists as well as usual scams of fake land sales or washing machines on facebook, I understand that bookings for October and November are going very bad maybe because flight prices are exaggeratedly high, but the news on social runs and who would want to spend a vacation with beach boys bothering you every moment no one, there are Maldives with nicer sea and more exclusive services try to believe.
AntwortenLöschenNot only the Italians I have seen that even the Germans go on television sputtering with their love story with the Masai :) if you understand German it is very funny...really :))
White women are really looking for all means to advertise their business and show their great love that always wins over everything...at the moment they are winning the criminals masai in Zanzibar beach...whoever holds the money in their hands has won!
They can block me on their social but not here... and here everyone can read what I write....
I wonder if women who fall into their trap don't see how different Masai men are from European men. They are really different, conversation with them is nice, but very superficial. If someone starts asking, asking questions and taking a strong interest in their lives, you can feel the emptiness. This all makes me wonder and I start looking for information. that's how I found the blog and found the answer. I already understand what's going on.
AntwortenLöschenMost of the women who go back to Zanzibar to find their masai do it to have sex, go to the disco and the beach you don't need to know French philosophy and literature, I think the speeches are very basic, so it can be done I don't see all this obstacle, my big dilemma is always how do you pay people who can't fuck at all, maybe the masai being very handsome make up for this lack with their loveliness and charm which undoubtedly if they don't talk make a remarkable effect.
AntwortenLöschenthis is so beautiful.. most of the women who go back to Zanzibar to find their masai DO IT TO HAVE SEX. So I want to ask because this is for me hard to understand.. like there is a woman (not sex tourist), who is dating a man (white one, whatever) and she is going to be with him because they have normal official serious relationship... So also that woman is going to meet her boyfriend to have a sex ? I would like to ask, which person who is in NORMAL relationship doesn't have a sex ? So of course, women have a sex with their boyfriends but MOST OF THE WOMEN honestly believe they are in normal serious relationship with a maasai so of course they have also sex as everyone else in relationship. This makes me crazy that always when woman at Zanzibar is fucking it automatically means she is a sex tourist, so if she has a relationship in Africa (long-term), she should not to fuck probably. Or what ? Those women have no idea that it's simply not possible to be in relationship with a Maasai scammer. They don't know and they honestly believe they are in relationship.. Of course not. But it's not about the sex always. I think, it's about sex in minority of cases. Most of women are truly in love - because they don't simply know who Maasais are.
LöschenIf I see a young masai of 25 years old hugging go hand in hand with a woman of 40,50, 60,70, 80 years old I don't think it is love at least on the part of the masai, if then women want to believe the love story is another matter( it would take a minimum of self-criticism) , I don't think in Europe they are love stories, but relationships of pure economic interest at least I see it that way, I replied that they go to zanzibar to fuck, dance sunbathe ( especially it strikes me how one can have fun with people who have frettelous and definitely bad sex) certainly not to talk about art history or philosophy with a guy who doesn't even know how old he is and can't even write, he only knows those basic words to communicate with their potential white-skinned victims.
LöschenWith the Maasai they are not normal relationships because there is a monetary exchange or exchange of favors no moran would go out with a woman for a long time if he didn't have the slightest financial return, in Europe you don't have to pay for a guy's food or drink to have his company in Zanzibar unfortunately you do and if one pays to have something it is called romantic tourism or whatever but still economic exchange it is, with all the Maasai over money over the fake love act!
You can go out with Maasais however old you are and you don't need to pay. Women pay because they want - but there is no agreement in advance that you will pay. If you will pay or not it's up to you and if you will not pay - what he will do ? he then will pay alone or he will stay in restaurant to wash dishes. How he would press you to pay ? no way. I was also paying for them because I was stupid but today I don't pay and I can go with them wherever I want. Of course, the relationship with the primitives who can't even count until 10 - it's also for me the magic, how those women can hold it ? And also many women have bad english and Maasai too so they even can't speak together, even not about weather today. So I really don't understand this kind of relationships, how those women can stay in it. About age - mostly they are trying to convince you that AGE is only a number in africa and it's not important at all - what is of course not truth at all. Age is very important and especially Maasai would never marry a woman who is exact in his age ! No way. She has to be younger, much more younger. So it's tactics which they are using. 40 years old woman from Europe who really takes care about herself can look similar as Maasai in age around 28. But of course then bigger age difference is visible and I think it has to be really bad feeling for those women. I was in my late 30 when I started to date Maasai - so difference between us was like 8 - 10 years but I felt very bad next to him because of that, so I don't understand really how those women where is 20 years old gap can feel. But all this is a way how to manipulate women who still also in older age are hoping in love. Maasai can convince them that with Maasais it's possible because Maasais don't care about age. How big lie. One of thousands lies from Maasai liar
LöschenDoes anyone here know a Masai guy named Loibukoo (also goes by Kuba), he mostly spends his time in Kendwa?
AntwortenLöschenyou still didn't understand that all the maasais at beach are there only for one reason. To catch mzungu and to get her money by manipulation and lies, after all kick her ass and go back to his Maasai wife in the boma. Why the people are interested about some names.. There is no possibility that Loibukoo or Hoibukoo is an exception. No chance at all. Those Maasais with the pride are simply NOT at Zanzibar at beach. Just the name or the face is not important, all of them are there only for one purpose. And also it's sure you will cry if you will not keep distance from them. Don't be focused on any name, it would have no sense. All at Zanzibar are the same and most of them is the same also from those who are not at Zanzibar. I am even not sure if ONE MAASAI exist who is honest and good person. Maybe... But for sure not at Zanzibar
LöschenOn tou tube there is a video that lasts 10 minutes posted by a black foreign woman who lived in Zanzibar and it concentrates in a short time the essence of the beach boys of Zanzibar regardless of ethnicity and origin the goal is always the same: money... explains the techniques and lies that are told and they always work and tells you if you want this well but know that it is a big huge fake, I have never found such an explicit and perfect explanation regarding the world related to the beach boys of Zanzibar, in any case no woman convinced that she is loved by a masai would believe the content of the video, but she would say that her masai is different :))) the biggest deception that white women fall into...
AntwortenLöschenSometimes you just need to inform yourself before you go to one of the poorest countries in the world to know that Zanzibar and tanzania is the second country in Africa ( where there is hunger and poverty there is hardship, and prostitution) and where prostitution is practiced as well as a destination for female sex tourism, I know it is a bad word, but it is all connected fake love, prostitution deception in the end women want to believe a lie for convenience, they want to feel loved desired, unfortunately when they find out that the only hook they have is money and once they run out they find out the bitter reality it will be a sad awakening from the bad dream.
Can you please put here that link for the video ? Thank you.
